- Visit the Clerk’s Office Head to any of the three locations in Tampa to finalize your application in person.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Application Form: Complete online or print and bring it with you.
• Valid ID: Bring a driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID.
• Fee: $86.00 or $61.00 with a premarital course certificate.
• Both Parties Must Apply Together: In person.
Notes:
• If you’re 17, you’ll need parental consent, and the older party must be no more than 2 years older.
• Read and acknowledge the Marriage Handbook (available in English and Spanish).
