Editing Styles

Wedding photography is all about capturing the happy moments of a couple's big day. The best way to do this is to let the events unfold naturally, without interference from the photographer. However, that doesn't mean that the final product should be a complete mess. A light touch is needed in the editing process to ensure that the photos are pleasing to look at and tell a coherent story. This style is sometimes referred to as "light and airy." It involves brightening photos, adding contrast, and gently removing any imperfections. The goal is to create an ethereal and romantic vibe that will transport viewers back to the happily ever after of the wedding day.

Dark and Moody

What if you're looking for something a little different? If you're after a more edgy, moody style, then black and white editing is the way to go. By desaturating the colors in your images, you can create a sense of drama and tension that really brings out the emotions of the day. Black and white editing also has a timeless quality that makes it perfect for Wedding photography. So if you're looking to add a little something extra to your Wedding photos, why not give black and white editing a try?

No two weddings are the same, but all weddings have one thing in common- they are a special day to remember for a lifetime. We are thrilled to be able to capture those memories for our clients.

Danielle and Channing

Glenn took photos for my April wedding. They turned out amazing and I hate to admit it, but looking at the photos made all the wedding stress worth it. During the wedding day, he really helped me calm down by being early, engaged, and asking what he can help with. He is a true professional who delivered amazing photos. He was able to provide a contract that was clear and concise with succinct payment plans and pricing. He is very honest and will make sure he understands what you need.

What is a clarity consultation?

A clarity consultation is an opportunity for me to get to understand what your specific goals are, what’s been holding you back from achieving them, and developing a plan of action together so that you know exactly what steps to take in order achieve your goal.

It’s my belief that everyone has the potential live a fulfilling joyful life, so during our time together we will explore what that looks like for YOU.

Your work is amazing! How do I book you?

As a wedding photographer, I love getting to know my clients over the phone. We chat about your vision for the big day and what kind of photos you're hoping to get out of our session. It's always so inspiring to hear about all the little details that you've been planning and how excited you are for the big day. I can't wait to capture your story and create beautiful photos that you'll cherish for a lifetime. Thanks for choosing me as your NC wedding photographer!

Whats your back up plan if a photographer couldn't make it?

We have 3 different photographers that we work with. If your booked lead photographer is not available, another with the same experience and caliber will take over and photograph your session/wedding. We will take care of the pricing and logistics so you don't have to!

How many photos will I receive?

On average, most couples receive between 400 and 600 photos from their wedding photographer. However, the exact number of photos will depend on a number of factors, including the size of the wedding, the length of the photographer's coverage, and the number of photographers working on the event. In general, though, you can expect to receive anywhere from 200 to 1,000 photos from your wedding day. And while that may seem like a lot, believe me when I say that you'll be glad to have them all! Wedding days go by so quickly, and it's nice to have a visual record of all the special moments and details that you might otherwise forget. So take comfort in knowing that your photographer will be working hard to capture everything that makes your day unique. And in the end, you'll have plenty of beautiful photos to remind you of your magical day.

Do you offer Videography?

Wedding videography is an important investment. Wedding films are a way to capture the emotions, events, and personal touches of your wedding day in a way that photos simply cannot. Wedding films allow you to relive your wedding day for years to come, and share the experience with family and friends who were unable to attend. Wedding videography is an art form, and the best wedding films are those that are creative and personal. At its best, wedding videography should be about more than just capturing footage of the ceremony and reception; it should be about telling the story of your wedding day in a way that is unique and memorable. If you are searching for a wedding videographer, be sure to find one who will create a film that you will treasure for years to come.

What is Golden Hour? Do we have to shoot at Golden Hour?

Wedding photographers love the golden hour. But what exactly is it? The golden hour is the time just after sunrise or just before sunset when the light is warm and soft. It's usually considered to be the most flattering light for photos. Wedding photographers often schedule couples' portraits during the golden hour because the lighting is so beautiful. But you don't need to be a professional photographer to take advantage of the golden hour. Any amateur with a camera can capture stunning photos during this magical time of day. So next time you're planning a photo session, make sure to schedule it during the golden hour for some truly beautiful results.

No, we don't have to shoot at Golden Hour to have beautiful and amazing shots of the wedding.

How far can you travel?

Great question, I can travel all over the Carolinas and anywhere on the east coast.

Can you edit in vintage style?

Yes, I have worked on film before and I know how to edit in vintage style. Some people prefer natural, light and airy, and dark and moody. I offer somewhere natural with a touch of light and airy to my photos

Do you have a second photographer?

Yes! my Second photographer is one of my important assets to have in your wedding as they can be super incognito and able to capture those small details where the lead is busy photographing the clients.

What if it's raining on our wedding day?

A wedding is supposed to be a day of happiness, love, and celebration. But what happens when raindrops start falling on the wedding day? For some couples, a little rain is nothing more than a minor inconvenience. But for others, it can ruin months of careful planning. Fortunately, there are ways to deal with a rainy wedding day. One option is to move the ceremony indoors. Another is to embrace the weather and use it to your advantage. Some of the most beautiful wedding photos are taken in the rain, so don't be afraid to get creative with your wedding photography. With a little flexibility and imagination, you can still have the wedding of your dreams, even if it doesn't go exactly as planned.

Do you have insurance?

As a wedding photographer, I am always mindful of the importance of having insurance. Wedding photography is a business, and like any business, there are risks involved. From gear failure to accidents, anything can happen on a wedding day. That's why I have insurance to protect myself and my business. Not only does my insurance cover damages and injuries, but it also provides liability coverage in case something happens that is out of my control. wedding photography is a big investment, and insurance is just one way to help ensure that your investment is protected. If you're considering hiring a wedding photographer, be sure to ask about their insurance policy. It could save you a lot of heartache in the long run.
