What’s your refund policy?


Were committed to making sure that you love your photos. If key moments are missed or the editing doesn’t align with our style, we offer:


A 50% refund. No questions asked.


This applies to quality issues, not cancellations.

How do we book you?


A signed contract and a $1000 deposit lock in your date. The rest is due two weeks before your wedding. Let’s talk and see if we’re a good fit!

Do you offer albums or just digital photos?


Both. In a digital world, having something you can hold matters. Our handcrafted albums aren’t just for flipping through—they’re time machines. They let you relive the day, notice the small moments you might’ve missed, and pass down your legacy to future generations.

We’re awkward in front of the camera. Will that be a problem?


Not at all. Most couples aren’t models, and that’s the best part. You don’t need to “pose”—you just need to be you. We guide you in a way that feels natural, so your photos reflect who you really are, not some forced version of you.

FAQ

How many photos will we get, and when?


You’ll receive 600-800 fully edited photos from a full wedding day. Sneak peeks come within a week, and your full gallery is delivered within 6-8 weeks.

What if it rains on our wedding day?


Some of the best photos happen in unexpected moments. We embrace whatever the day brings, rain or shine. And if we need to get creative, we will—because your story is still your story, no matter the weather.

Do you travel for weddings?


Yes! Whether you’re getting married down the street or across the country, we’ll be there. Travel fees vary based on location, but we make it as seamless as possible.
