STEPS FOR GETTING MARRIED IN SAVANNAH, GA
- Fill Out the Online Marriage License Application and submit the form online.
- Book an appointment after submitting the application and gathering all necessary documents.
- Attend your appointment, you and your partner must be present.
- Bring all required documents and IDs.
- Receive Your Marriage License
- Get Married by scheduling a ceremony with an officiant of your choice.
- Return the Signed Marriage License:
- Mail the completed license back to the Probate Court.

HOW TO GET A MARRIAGE LICENSE IN SAVANNAH, GA

- With Certificate of Premarital Education: $26.00 (provide signed and dated certificate from a qualifying program).

- No personal checks accepted.
- A 4.5% service fee applies to credit/debit card transactions.
