Here’s your checklist:

  2. Gather your valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, State ID, etc.)
  3. Visit the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds Office to finalize your application and obtain your marriage license.
  4. Pay the $50 marriage license fee.
  5. Schedule your ceremony within 30 days of receiving your license.
  6. Attend your ceremony
  7. Return the signed marriage license to the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds Office within 15 days of the ceremony.
