Introduction
Stephanie and Dave's engagement session at New Hanover Arboretum was beautiful! The couple was so in love and Brodie, their dog, was just the cutest. There are beautiful picnic areas, koi ponds, a Japanese house and zen garden, and tons of beautiful flowers at the arboretum. It was very humid during the shoot, but we made sure to take breaks in the shade and stay hydrated. I'm so happy with how the photos turned out and I'm sure Stephanie and Dave will cherish them for years to come.
The Tea
New Hanover Arboretum is such a beautiful location for an engagement session! Stephanie and Dave were such a cute couple and their dog, Brodie, was just the icing on the cake. We had so much fun walking around and taking in all of the sights. The picnic areas were gorgeous, as well as the koi ponds and Japanese house. The zen garden was my favorite part— it was so peaceful and serene. And of course, the flowers were stunning! Despite the humidity, we managed to get through the shoot without too much discomfort. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm so happy with how the photos turned out!
