Aside from the gorgeous views, the house has some killer features that make it ideal for hosting a beach wedding. One of my favorite things about the property is the huge backyard, which has a heated pool (for an extra fee during the cooler months), a hot tub, and tons of deck space for sunbathing.

The backyard is surrounded by dunes and palm trees, creating a peaceful vibe, but the real game-changer? There’s a direct path that takes you right onto the beach. Talk about a seamless transition from party time to photo time!

For photography, there are endless opportunities right on the property. Imagine using the rooftop for some killer shots or even breaking out a drone to capture the full epicness of the location. We didn’t need a drone for Dana and Ryan’s wedding, but the options are there if you’re thinking about aerial photos.

Here’s a quick tip from me—when setting up your ceremony, be mindful of the lighting. At Dana and Ryan’s wedding, I noticed the arch was positioned with the sun directly behind it.
