Take a tour of the gardens to explore the stunning locations for your ceremony and reception. Airlie Gardens offers various picturesque spots, including the famous Airlie Oak, the Pergola Garden, and the Bradley Creek Overlook.
My recommendation is getting married in front of the Airlie Oak!
Note: please refrain from smoking + vaping in the park

Once you’ve found your perfect spot, secure your wedding date by booking a package that suits your needs. Airlie Gardens offers customizable packages that include venue rental, ceremony setup, and more.
Note:
- You’ll need to select a vendors that are pre-approved by Airlie Gardens
- They do provide recommended vendors that have worked with them before
- Must have a General Liability Insurance minimum of $1,000,000
- Airlie Gardens will continue to operate(9AM-5PM) if booked within business hours.
Rentals
They do not provide chairs or tents. They can provide you a list of approved rental companies. However its unclear what their floral policies are.
Caterers
You’ll also need to go through their recommended caterers. Please be mindful that this garden is highly managed by the staffs who work really hard to maintain it. Don’t just bring alcohol to the garden.

There’s a Damage Deposit which Refundable - $1,000
Security Fee if you opt for Receptions - $400
Weekday Ceremonies
They only schedule ceremonies during the weekday with a maximum of 100 guests.
Its $500 for 2 hours from 1:00PM - 3:00pm
and $700 from 5:00Pm - Sunset
We’re looking at a minimum of $1500 upfront with $1000 refundable deposit.
Friday Ceremonies
Same thing with Fridays, they want to keep the park open to public. Receptions are NOT available during Fridays.
However, you’re more afforded to do have more time from 1:00PM-Sunset at $500/hr. Minimum of 2 hours.
$2000 for 2 hours with a $1000 refundable deposit.
Saturday Ceremonies
Saturday is the only time you’re allowed to have both your ceremony and reception at Airlie Gardens from 10:00AM - 10:00PM(3 hour minimum) for $1000/hour.
You’ll be looking to spend $9000 upfront for an 8 hour wedding. Which isn’t that bad considering Wrightsville Manor’s wedding is about $1000 more than that for a wedding on Saturdays during peak season.
Sunday Ceremonies
The park is available between 10:00Am - Sunset with a 2 Hour minimum at $1000/hour
