128 South Wilmington Wedding Venue
Rachael got ready at The Cottage on Orange St. just a block from the venue. While Justin got ready at a nearby Airbnb with his groomsmen.
It was a simple yet elegant wedding with their family and friends a guest list of approximately 60 people.
We had the ceremony at the same venue on the back elevated deck overlooking the river and local Wilmington shops.
I photographed their family pictures on the deck. We then walked around the area for 30 minutes for their newlyweds portraits. It was short but fun.
After the ceremony, the chairs were put away and the indoor venue turned into a reception area where Rachel and Justin had their first dance. We ate, had a toast, we've cut the cake, and we headed back to the deck and had the dance floor set up to dance with friends and family.
The heart of this magical day beat at the prestigious 128 South, a venue renowned for its timeless elegance and romantic ambiance. Nestled in the heart of Wilmington, NC, this historic gem provided the perfect backdrop for Racheal and Justin's union. From its grand entrance to the charming courtyard, every corner exuded a sense of enchantment.
